Yay for CBD

I was skimming the Christian Book Distributors "Bestsellers" this morning and it made me want to vomit. Seriously, this is the best we have to offer? Granted, some of the books look decent and some I can attest are decent. But I'm not seeing anything that rises above mediocrity. We're wasting our time and our minds. Ugh, Christian pop-literature is ruining integritous Christianity.

You know what that means, Mr. Robinson. WE are going to have to be today's and tomorrow's theologians, and make disciples who will proclaim truth with us.

easy ben, one man's junk is another precious resource that helped someone through a rough time in their life. And to make it worse, God used that resource to help them. I agree that most of what is put out today by Christians is problematic on a number of levels. So let this be something that encourages you to create resources that attempt to do what these vomit-inducing ones desire but with less, how shall I put it, sickening results.

Kevin,

I'm glad I have someone like you in my life. Thank you for that very kind rebuttal. It was much needed and appreciated.

And I'm grateful for people like you in my life who are smarter than I'll ever be. It's people like you who push me to keep learning lest I fall too far behind!
